История развития
2013
The company was established.
Founders: Lei Huaying, Jia Jianwen, and Wang Yuanyu. The company started from scratch.
Developed mountainous land, planted fruit trees, raised Jiangnan yellow sheep, and built a laying hen farm.
2014
The chicken farm is completed and initial results are promising.
On June 19th, a major flood and mudslide disaster struck Mayang, burying and killing over 5000 chickens, resulting in direct losses exceeding 4 million.
Starting in August, we regrouped, relocated, and expanded the new factory to 300,000 birds, purchasing fully automated chicken farming equipment.
In December, we actively promoted precision poverty alleviation, helping local farmers to become prosperous.
On December 6th, Mr. Yuan Longping visited the base and factory for on-site guidance. On December 14th, Chairperson Lei Huaying was elected as a representative to the 12th Hunan Provincial Women's Congress.
2015
On May 26, Lan Phoenix Company became a national pilot program for poverty alleviation model promotion. Leaders from the National Poverty Alleviation Office and directors of provincial poverty alleviation offices visited the company.
On November 11, the company obtained the title of Hunan Province's standardized demonstration farm for laying hens. It also became a municipal leading enterprise in Huaihua City. At the end of the year, the first industrial poverty alleviation dividend was distributed to two villages in one township, amounting to 140,000 yuan.
2016
September 4th, the organic fertilizer factory was established.
September 6th, received the "Top 50 Influential Poultry Farms in China 2016 Weijia Cup" and the "Latest Farming Model Award" at the China Influential Airport in Beijing.
November 28th, newly recognized as a "Hunan Provincial Agricultural Industry Leading Enterprise".
December 23rd, the company was awarded the "National Women's Agricultural Demonstration Base" by the All-China Women's Federation.
December 30th, the company adopted a "company + poverty-stricken household" cooperation model to expand the scale of poverty alleviation, driving the joint creation of nine villages and distributing 1.07 million yuan in dividends to poverty-stricken households.
2017
In March, efforts to expand poverty alleviation were further increased, helping people in 224 villages across 18 townships in the county to become wealthy, with over five million yuan in dividends distributed.
On December 3, Chairperson Lei Huaying joined the Huaihua City Women Entrepreneurs Association.
2018
On September 1st, the company obtained green certification.
On November 16th, we participated in the 17th China International Agricultural Products Fair, where the company's eggs won a gold medal.
On December 19th, the company's chairperson, Lei Huaying, was elected as a representative to the 13th Hunan Provincial Women's Congress.
On December 30th, we helped 2300 impoverished households across 18 townships in the county develop industries. Year-end dividends totaled 4.06 million yuan, with cumulative dividends reaching 7.71 million yuan. 680,000 yuan in wages were also paid to migrant workers.
